Katie and the entire staff took excellent care of us. It was a wonderful dining experience.
For our 2 year anniversary, we wanted to try Outback Steakhouse. When we received our food, we found a GIANT HORSE FLY inside my wifes salad. It was the size of a crouton and it was charred so it was definitely cooked with the chicken that came with her salad. It was super disgusting and made her nauseous and nearly puke. After we brought this to the managers attention, he gave us an email to their customer service that way they can rectify their service and make things right. I had a great experience with meeting the managers and my server was wonderful his name is David! He deserves a raise and he has a great smile on his face with a positive attitude and he has beautiful white teeth! Haha he’s very kind and greeted me perfectly. His service is what everyone is looking for when. They come out to eat! His fast past, enthusiasm, and kindness really stood out. Beyond compare. Thank you! 🤩
