food was good, tasted like it was cooked to order an not thrown in a microwave like some restaurants do. an the server was very nice an engaging!
Lady sitting us down had no idea what she was doing . We sit down and it takes 15 minutes for a server too even come too the table and then another 15 minutes too even just get the simple waters we ordered . Beer was hot . Food ended being decent but the service was absolutely terrible . There was at least 5 servers in there at the time and maybe 15 tables with people so I have no idea how it was even that slow. The prime rib is advertised as available Friday through Sunday, but it was unavailable at 12 noon on Sunday. The manager did not come out and address the issue, rather he sent the waitress out to handle this by sending a sample of the undercooked prime rib that is advertised on the menu as available. I was disappointed in this service in that it was false advertisement and it was handled unprofessionally by the manager by not coming out himself to address the issue.
