The food was delicious, but the service was terrible. Only one waitress and she was tolerant.
“Ms Kay”, or something along those lines, is an extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant employee. There is never ANY reason an employee should touch a customer trying to shove past them, create a difficult order pick up scenario, and then refuse to give her name afterward. I had to ask a manager for her name because she knew she was being inappropriate in the workplace. Will not return here for fear of being tackled for trying to walk through the restaurant.
Love this place and the ranch is second to none!
