Services takes so long these days. Waited over 30 mins for a Togo order that was said to have been ready prior to heading to the restaurant. This place used to be fast and delicious. I heard they let go one of their best grill master a few years ago AND IT SHOWS! I believe his name was Everette because I always gave complements to the chef and recall that being his name. Hopefully hes grilling at a better establishment these days that actually recognize skill on the grill.
Had a late lunch at this Outback Steak House location in Metairie. I used my bank debit card to pay for the mean and for some reason the bank declined the charge. So I paid cash for the meal and left a cash tip. Upon looking at my bank statement today I saw where Outback Steak House did process the entire cost of the meal and the debit to my checking account was 1 and some change MORE than the actual bill receipt.
