Hi guys, went to outback my husband and I for dinner and no when we walked in the young lady at the door was polite courteous when we were seated, our waitress was named SHONIYA she was outstanding, her mannerisms was so sweet. You can help but love her. She made us feel welcome and she paid lots of attention to all her customers. Your customer service girl working togo at 630pm tonight is extremely unprofessional and rude, when I brought up an issue with a past order she shrugged it off like it was no big deal and walked away quickly not even wanting to help anymore. Last time I will order to go from Outback in forney since im just an inconvenience to the staff.
