Waitress got sick after taking our orders. No one picked up the slack. Food was cold. Very disappointed.
We had an excellent experience here on 8/30/25. Billy was our server and did an amazing job serving our table. We definitely plan to come back again!
Vacationed here last year. Was hesitant to come back to Outback for dinner after the experience we had then. Pleasantly surprised to see new faces. Our server was pleasant and attentive. My wife asked her if they were under new management and she told us that the manager had been here for about a year. I hope this message gets to her. Just want to say awesome job and keep up the good work. We will be back for sure. Amazing experience.
