Disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse. The hostess seemed unwilling to serve us, despite there being available tables. Her attitude was off-putting and set a negative tone for what could have been a pleasant dining experience. We waited for over 45 minutes just to be denied service. Hopefully, they'll work on improving their customer service.
We are visiting from out of town to celebrate our anniversary, and while the food was excellent, our server, Billy, made the experience truly exceptional. He was welcoming, friendly, and brought a wonderful sense of humor to our evening. His professionalism and outstanding customer service skills were greatly appreciated and made our celebration even more memorable!
Stopped by on out first night to try them in a different state. The server was very friendly and helpful. The food was good not much different than home. But it hit the spot. I would give them 7 out of 10 stars.
