Blake was amazing! He was super sweet, and awesome! Made us laugh and kept checking up on us throughout our meal! Super knowledgeable on wines and helped me pick a perfect glass!
All-in-all good for a chain. Had a filet which is not known for fat content. It was cooked to a nice mid-rare (my wife's way more medium). However, the meat quality was apparently quite low as there was absolutely no juice so it ate very dry. Can't ever recall having a cooked to temperature filet that dry. Very tender though.
