Upon opening my food order, which was placed through a delivery application, I discovered that the meal was cold and an item I had paid for was missing. This was particularly disappointing given the cost of over $25.00, excluding the delivery fee. I was very dissatisfied with my dinner experience last night.
They no longer sell the Porterhouse. And out of ribeye. They might as well be McDonald's at this point. Lifelong customers lost today.
