We had a great experience here. The food was awesome. The service was excellent. Our 8 year old loved his cheeseburger and said it was the best he has had. Portion sizes were good. Drinks were fun. Would come back. Great experience all round.
I’m usually not one to complain or leave a bad review, but in this case, I just couldn’t let it pass. We love Outback and usually go to the ChampionsGate location, which has always been very good. Today, we were in the area and decided to try this location, and unfortunately, it was a big mistake. When we walked in, the restaurant had a very unpleasant smell. Absolutely amazing experience at Outback! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
