The service was not good. I sat at the bar with only 3 other people waiting for the bartender who was deep in conversation with another guest. It took 15 mins to get the bartenders attention to place my food order. Never offered bread but finally got it with my salad and it was stale. I was 1/3 done with my salad and they brought out my steak which was barely cooked even though I asked for medium well and this was blood red inside. I think this was the first time I have ever been to an outback. The waitress was great very quick with everything. Drinks were never empty. We went around 3pm so place was empty. My ribs were awesome. Wife's steak was tough and cooked wrong but had a great taste.
They were shorthanded, but the young people working were so attentive and helpful this visit. I was extremely impressed. I don't encounter this level of customer service often! The food was really good, the blooming onion was a bit saltier than usual. Great visit!
