Loved the atmosphere the waitress Kit was phenomenal.
I went to Outback for my birthday back in February. I came for the food but I left with a full stomach and heart. The waitress that served us was so kind and asked us genuine questions about ourselves. She remembered all of our names and seemed to really care that we received the best service possible. Because of this I came back to celebrate my graduation, hoping but not expecting to get the same waitress. To my surprise, we did, and our party of 7 received better care than we did the first time. Although, the bartender was more than great and the food was quite excellent, the amount of other workers and management we saw standing around when there were numerous tables needing to be bussed was terrible. The bartender was bartending, delivering food, waiting, and bussing his own tables. We saw tables sit for over an hour on our visit. We are frequent customers and LOVE Dez the bartended.
