We visited a different Outback previously and had a small hiccup there. The manager at that location treated us for the “inconvenience” after we shared our experience, which they were already aware of, but we decided to come to this one instead to redeem the experience after the inconvenience. Cass, the hostess, greeted us with such a friendly and warm welcome that it immediately set the tone. Why have a wait list system if we show up and are offered to wait 30min. Unacceptable. Either don't offer that or give preference for those top of the waiting list.
The delivery driver left without all the food. I called and they remade the forgotten meal so it was fresh and threw in a dessert for the inconvenience for me to pick up. Very friendly and accommodating!
