We had a very disappointing experience at Outback Steakhouse. My steak came out so overcooked it was like leather. I sent it back but after already waiting 45 minutes, I didn’t want to wait for another one, so I ended up not eating my meal at all. To make matters worse, my 6-year-old son’s meal came out last, and they forgot his mac and cheese entirely. Children shouldn’t have to wait that long for their food while everyone else is eating. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. My server called my husband the “N” word to a coworker and when I asked to speak to a manager they said he’s outside so feel free to go find him and not come back. They made sure to ask for payment before we even received our food. Then we couldn’t even finish our meals because of the treatment we got. We asked for to go containers and server never returned.
