The customer service was excellent, but the food quality needs work. I ordered a stake, and it looked horrible, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I will rate this 2/10
Our server was pleasant and the overall experience wasn’t terrible, but everything was sticky and dirty to some degree. We ordered beers and the food came out before the beer, then beer mug was covered in strawberry seeds inside and out, GROSS. I had the Chicken on the Barbie and the breast was bruised and fatty, also not what I was expecting, but the person I was with had a steak and had no complaints. The cleanest thing was the bathroom, random, but overall I would have to advise you skip this location.
Dirty tables. Low quality food. We asked to switch one of the sides and were told that it wasn’t doable. Overpriced
First off there was NO bread.... aka the only reason people come to outback steakhouse. Yeah I said it, not even for the steak. On top of this, the hostess told us the wait was about 10 minutes upon arriving with a party of 5. She lied. We waited for 35 minutes when the atmosphere was empty. Barely 3 souls in sight.
