We came here to celebrate my son’s birthday, and unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 13 years, and what happened here was completely unacceptable. First, I want to recognize our server, who was clearly doing everything he could with no support from management or other staff.
