Walked in at 830, sat there for 30 minutes. Someone approached my table placed my order still sat there. A salad came to the table. No drinks, no silverware, no napkins bread waited another 15 minutes and still nothing.when we asked where our server was. They didn't even know who our server was. They're focused on cleaning more than taking care of the customer.
Service almost non existent. Server had a couple friends sitting at the bar and the 3 tables were pretty much ignored. So service was a 2 at best. I had the lunch sirloin as did my wife. Hers was pretty good for a $10 steak. Mine was inedible. It was so tough the steak knife could not cut it. They did replace it with exactly same cut steak. That is the tip of the muscle which is essentially tendon and impossible to cut or chew. You’d thought on a re fired heel they’d attempt to improve but nope. It was really bad.
