came to outback for a family dinner. The service was fine at first. It went down hill from here. Our steak didnt come out cooked correctly then we received the wrong steaks? The runner had no idea what kindof steak we had order or if we received the correct type of steak when we questioned him. We waited so long for A1 sauce that our steak was cold and the manager had to recook it for us. My family & I love the service and the food at this location. We dropped by the day after Christmas. Our waite person was great. We bonded with her. The manager was great as well. Thanks for the personal service and great food. AND NO TURKEY!!! :)
