In my opinion, they must have been under staffed because it took at least 20 minutes before our waiter came over to say Hi and get our drink orders. Then it took even longer to receive our drinks. If that wasn't enough, we didn't receive our food for almost an hour later! I was so mad. I will never eat at this place again. The manager never took the time to visit our table to see if everything was okay. However, the food was good but customer service was BAD!
Maybe my tastes have changed over the years, but this place was terrible. The last time I tried the Out Back was seven years ago wheb I was in Tokyo. The food quakity was much better there. The food at this location was all too salty. Also for as long as it took we were given moodertly warm food. I wont go back again and wouldn't recomnend the place to a friend.
The best food around! Great service! Very reasonable prices! You can get a 6oz steak, a side, salad, all the dark bread you can eat (ask for the honey butter!), and only $20 for 2 people. Favorite place to eat....nothing compares around here.
