Terrible experience. I have frequented Outback for years and have always looked forward to the experience. No longer. Had a reservation for 6PM on 12/20/2023 and they could not find it. They were not busy and seated us anyway. We waited and waited for a waitress. After 10 minutes, a young new waitress arrives and told us what she couldn't do.
