Worst Experience of my life!!! The Food Also sucked!!! Never Again Will I Order From Them & The Manager Was Rude Also!!! Got My Order Wrong Then Waited Over An Hour For Everything That Was Missing From My Original Order Then To Make Things Worst Everything Tasted Horrible!!!

Definitely would NEVER recommend the Outback at Lake Nona. Worst experience ever. My Mother's Day meal is ice cold, but after waiting 45 minutes for a takeout order that was scheduled ahead of time, I'll just microwave it. I've wasted enough of my time.
I always get get excellent service and the food is good.
Ordered lobster Mac and cheese, and I received no lobster in it. I let the waitress know, but another lobster-less Mac and cheese was brought to me. After complaining again, a chef came out and I explained the situation and I had to ask to have this reflected in the bill. Honestly, I’m very disappointed as nothing else was done to remedy this situation and no good reason was given for this mistake happening twice.
