We went to have a nice dinner out but ended with a disaster. The steaks were tough, the salad was not fresh and the loaded baked potato had very little toppings. To top off our evening out, the waiters are required to carry everything on large trays— even a single glass of soda. Our waitress was carrying a tray of drinks on a large tray and dropped it right beside our table sending broken glass, soda, water, bread and butter splattering all over us.
