Plastic in the mac and cheese, puke on the bathroom. half rack of ribs is a "full order" of ribs. Roadhouse is 100 times better for half the price!
It was the toughest steak we have ever had, couldn't chew and swallow most of the meat. The steaks should get a terrible rating, I gave it only the poor rating because the lobster was very good. Remaking of the steak was very slow and wasn't served until everyone else was finished with their meal. the service was the best part of my visit tonight. i got the 12 oz ribeye and the seasoning was to salty. my girlfriends 10oz ribeye was the same way. the blomming onion must have been cooked a while. it was veryo greasy at the base of it. i will stick to texas road house
if you have ever had Onion Petals from arbys, The Blooming Onion, from Outback is disgusting. The grease on the thing when we put it in the box to take it with us was three inches deep. We ordered potatoe soup and found it was potatoe water with bayleaf left in. Needless to say the steaks were undercooked and bloody for medium rare. I thought I was in a replay of Kitchen Nightmares. It took three times to get it cooked right. The alternative waiter was nice, I think.
Don't really like the food and customer service. Thnk the prices are way to high for what you get.
