08-23-25 Update...OMG this is my second time to place a curbside order at this location I live in Oviedo but after the amazing service from Kayla AGAIN and great food "STEAKS WERE "PERFECT" at this location I will continue to drive out of my way to come here !!!! I placed an order at 9:00 PM and specifically requested the steak to be cooked medium well. Unfortunately, what I received twice was far from that. The steak was noticeably undercooked, closer to rare or medium-rare, which was disappointing considering the clarity of my order. By the time I spoke with Sarah, the manager, it was already 10:40 PM and the restaurant was preparing to close at 11:00 PM. Food quality is always great and the service was right on point
Service was appalling. My delmonico steak was great but they forgot the Mac and cheese side. I waited for about 20 minutes before I just gave up. We had to ask twice to have the up charge side removed from the bill which they did BUT we still paid for a dinner with two sides bc the up charge is all that was apparently removed.
