Sam was easy to deal with from the outset. He was not over bearing and provided quality information during the sales process, and then again once i had settled on a Sig Energy Battery through Outback Solar. Pricing was significantly better than the other 3 suppliers i spoke with for the same system. He also helped seamlessly to navigate the new interest free government loan. Sought quotes for solar battery installation to get in before rebate dropped in May. Outback Solar gave a very competitive price and kept in contact leading up to the install. The price was honoured even though the installation did not happen until 4th May - they took the hit as they said they would. Rain in Sydney prevented installations in Sydney so we were bumped up and a team sent to Moss Vale for our install and we were also provided with an upgraded and integrated inverter.
