The battery system seems to work very well as expected. My only negative comment is with the installation whereby the quality of the physical battery installation was not very professional and required a re-visit by the install team to rectify a problem with the batteries leaning over. To the install team's credit my complaint was dealt with quickly and professionally. Been looking to get solar system and battery, it is so overwhelming with so many companies out there. End up going with Outback Solar, they just installed a 13.7kw system, Foxess 15Kw inverter and 42kw battery in January 2026. I also had an existing 3kW and they connected it and it's working fine.
