My husband and I were very pleased with the service Outback provided! They were able to fit us in the day we called, and praise Jesus because the blockage meant we couldn't use anything. They let us know when they were on the way, they took care of the issue in probably less than 20 minutes, and they did the rodding from the outside, so there was no mess in our home at all. We had our septic pumped and Brian and his helper gave us some good advice on a issue we had. Even let us know that if we had any questions we could call him they were a great help and it seems our problem was solved. Also they were both friendly and answered any question we had
