i was moving from out of state, they reserved/held the unit for me for days until i arrived, friendly, extremely helpful. changing states, jobs, and no where to live at the time.. putting my personal belongings in storage was a nightmare to me. The manager assured me my belongings were safe and in a climate controlled, carpeted unit. I ended up staying for over 4 months with no worries at all. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of storage. 5 star rating

very clean, professional business. they offer a business center for their customers, units are clean, everyone was very helpful. would recommend to everyone.. also, you get $20.00 off if you refer a friend
Lousy service.. Don't go there. they rip off people money . we clear out on June and still charged us 4 months and my husband called them and she the manager said she call him. bull crap he didn't have not received their dumb phone call. OMG!
Unfortunately, I will not be writing a positive review. I am a grad student at UT and was in the office to assess and document customer service techniques employed by the manager when an irritated customer came in. I acted as the irritated customer which was believable because I am an actual customer and I had a complaint about my account. I approached the manager with an attitude of frustration and received nothing but attitude in return. I placed all of my household goods in climate controlled storage because I had a number of antiques and would be storing it for about a year. Many things had mold on them. A wool rug was ruined beyond repair as well as an antique library table. They took no responsibility and because there was no evident peril like fire or flood my insurance would not cover the damage. Paying considerably more for climate control is a great waste of money!!!
