RecommendedGreat staff! Always willing to explain to you about your equipment and chemicals rather than just push them on you. Only owned a pool for a few months now, but they got a customer for life!
A very dear friend of mine was in this establishment today. She was treated beyond poorly. She has been doing business with them for several years. It is such a sad fact when a customer comes in for assistance and is treated like an idiot(literally)! I called myself and the person who so rudely dealt with my friend was not available. I am mortified that any business owner would allow an employee or themselves to belittle or degrade any customer. I would NOT recommend doing business with this company EVER!!
Outback Pools & Spas is the very BEST in my books! The owners are hard working local people who really care about their customers and community! I want to say thank you to them again for being fantastic and letting me raffle a prize to raise money for the MDA. Thanks again guys and God bless!
