Being a brand new pool owner I was totally lost with the pool service company that came with our pool package who stated they were animate about not leaving there customers in the dark on how to completely maintenance our pool and work the equipment, and that was further from the truth. Ken and the entire staff at Outback are fantastic. I had no idea what I was doing at first with our pool and Ken helped educate me on the best treatment products, procedures, and service recommendations. We purchased a pool heater from Outback and couldn't be more happy with the level of customer service. I highly recommend Outback Pool and Spa to anyone who owns a pool or hot tub.
