We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Sandra and the team. When a small part of our ceiling was damaged during installation, they went above and beyond to get it rectified. The insulation removal and installation process was also quick and easy.
Our plasterers attended today to complete the sheeting for both the ceilings and walls. There was a team of three, and each of them commented on how well the insulation had been installed. It was clear they were genuinely impressed—almost a sigh of relief at the quality of the ceiling insulation. Great workmanship does not go unnoticed, and this is a direct reflection of the pride you take in your work. Thank you for being so good at what you do.
The people who work here are extremely unprofessional, disgusting and rude. I’ve witnessed them drinking while driving a work vehicle, overheard the most disgusting treatment of other employees on job sites and witnessed extremely dodgy practices that should be reported to QBCC.
Happy with the price, the job done, the efficiency and the result. Good to get rid of the crappy old Cool n Cozy. These guys know their stuff, from Craig, the guy who quoted, to Jodie on the phone, so I was confident when I shot off 101 questions, that they know what they're doing. House is much cooler now. The installers were well mannered, friendly and tidied up after themselves.
