Every now and then you come across someone who restores your faith in people. Today, it was Craig from Outback Insulation. I contacted Craig about a problem I was having, and instead of telling me what I wanted to hear or trying to sell me a service I didn't need, he explained that what I was asking for wasn't actually the best solution.
