I had an oil change and a car wash there. The next day my hood flew off on I-10, Outback has been very slow in trying to resolve my issues. The owner will not return my calls nor make the proper contacts with his insurance carrier. Very disappointed in how business is handled.
Decided to try it out because my car had been in the shop and needed detailing. When they drove it up they hadn't cleaned out the trash that I had specifically said to throw everything away that was left in the front of the car. I expected a detailed car but instead got a halfway done wipe out. I was very disappointed and believe the attendant knew this as I expressed I had expected a better job.
