I ordered a Giant hybrid road bike . I asked specifically if the bike would be tuned correctly and was told yes . When I arrived I was pointed to the bike and asked for my signature and told to have a nice day . When I got home I adjusted the seat and brakes to fit me , but when I went for a ride the gears were clicking and grinding which shouldn't be happening.
