I ordered a Giant hybrid road bike . I asked specifically if the bike would be tuned correctly and was told yes . When I arrived I was pointed to the bike and asked for my signature and told to have a nice day . When I got home I adjusted the seat and brakes to fit me , but when I went for a ride the gears were clicking and grinding which shouldn't be happening. RecommendedThis place is great, the staff, very helpful, friendly and they don't rub it in when you do something stupid. Like puncture an inner tube you just bought by improperly installing it. I definitely appreciate them remaining open during the pandemic. If you need a bike, or maintenance on your bike that you may not trust yourself with, go see em. They'll take care of ya.

I got approved ( by calling in advance) for an emergency repair ( chain issue) They took in my ebike & fixed it on the spot! Can’t say enough about the staff, on the phone & in person!

Tad did an expert wheel build for my Kris Holm 26er Mountain Unicycle. Just picked it up, and it is flawless! Hope hydraulic disc brake, Surly Knard 26"×3" tire, and Kris Holm Spirit dual-hole aircraft aluminum cranks.
I purchased a bike for my son in which they held the last one for me then it turns out to be too small so I emailed them my concerns and they said no problem what so ever. I went back in and met with the guys and they showed me other options and it was an amazing experience. Great People! Great Service!
