Site used the wrong semen extender and did not warn me in advance of the poor motility. Make sure you have all you ducks in a row when dealing with this business. Spent over 1K in stud fees and vet bills for a shipment full of dead sperm.
This place does not treat their workers good at all. I was sick for the weekend and my sister picked up so much slack along with the other 2 workers. Sunday, they did all the stalls but 1 1/2 barns because they worked 9 hours and were exhausted. Annie, proceeded to tell them it was not acceptable and then Whitley (the owner) followed up with a message to my sister on Monday saying she was let go for not finishing the stalls.
