Wait time is horrendous in the emergency room. Almost 3 hours sitting in waiting room and when I asked what’s my status I was told no notes entered and that’s it.
There’s a case worker here name Johnny and he is horrible, lies to patients saying one thing and doing other things
I wish I could give them 1/2 a star. My daughter’s labor and delivery experience at this hospital was TERRIBLE. Her pain and concerns were not taken seriously, and some of the labor and delivery nurses had extremely nasty attitudes. At one point, my daughter was too weak to advocate for herself, so I tried to speak to her nurse about the amount of pain she was in.
