My loved ones appointment was cancelled the day of due to incomplete portal information and no payment on file. If they know anything about mental health, someone suffering from anxiety/depression struggles with the smallest tasks, yet alone filling out online forms. This is something that could be done in person. Most places are able to accommodate that with a new patient. Very disappointed.
