You’re better off in the woods, sitting by a river, talking to God than coming to this place. My loved ones appointment was cancelled the day of due to incomplete portal information and no payment on file. If they know anything about mental health, someone suffering from anxiety/depression struggles with the smallest tasks, yet alone filling out online forms. This is something that could be done in person. Most places are able to accommodate that with a new patient. Very disappointed.
