Best personal Trainer – Joel Thomas has a great approach to teaching workouts. He takes the time to make sure all the excersies are appropraite for each persons ability and needs. There is always something new in his workouts and it always feels like you are learning a new exercise! You get a great workout and you feel like you have accomplished alot at the end! I have noticed a change in my strength over of the few years i have been working out with Joel, and I just feel better.

Fun, Inspiring, Smart – I came with an attitude of exercise as drudgery with a worthwhile payoff. I left feeling like a kid who'd just been playing for an hour - it was great! The variation of moves kept things stimulating and I "woke up" muscles that had been dormant for a long time. I was also impressed that Joel didn't pressure me with "no pain, no gain." The best personal trainer in the Seattle area – Joel understands how the body moves. His workouts are always varied. Don't know how he keeps inventing new drills but he does. He truly wants you to get in better shape and stay in shape for the long term.

Great personal approach to results-oriented training. – I've been training with Joel for a few years now. What I love is that he is able to make on the spot adjustments to accommodate me through injuries so I don't have to totally give up exercise to heal. I'm not talking about working out through pain; rather, he adjusts the exercise to avoid the pain yet still allow you to work out.
