I paid for one night for my out of town friends. They arrived after office hours and the instruction packet promised was not post. the room was open, but the beds were not made and no bedclothes were available for use. My friends had to find another place 30 miles away, and the staff refused to return my 182 dollars, claiming the packet was there and the beds were made. What LIAR! Someone screwed up and they're lying to cover their ass. We had searched the area thoroughly, and we are not blind. Dont get robbed here.
