Great staff and Dr. Nicole was very thorough.
Everyone from front desk to Dr Ousley, Kate and check out were so great. Very friendly and willing to make the whole expierence one of great care.
Took my son in to Ousley to pick out glasses that his eye dr (different practice) had prescribed because his eye dr didn’t have a great selection. We worked with Davina (optician) who was mindful of our budget and extraordinarily patient with my son. He is very particular and indecisive and she was so kind and patient and took it all in stride. She was honest about what fit well on him and which frames would be more durable for an active kid. We plan on moving his eye care to Ousley since he can now do a regular eye exam. (M... read more
