Dr. Patel is extremely helpful! I had rescheduled many times with her and she was very understanding. Her receptionist was even nicer when it came with me trying on contacts for the first time! i spent probably an hour there trying on contacts for the first time. They understand my difficult schedule and will always work around mine which is something i greatly appreciate. They were very patient with all of my questions and did not make me feel embarrassed at all. Glad I found them!
Very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful associate. Worked w/ my insurance to come out fully paid. Went back for minor adjusting over two years - no problem. Same pro associate. Will use again and recommend.
