Recently I found out about Ousia not being licensed to compound tirzepatide, neither are they licensed to distribute to my State. The Provider was/is SlimdownRX. They previously told me in "email" the medication is made per order, not sitting to be shipped out. I checked 3 vials I recently purchased, and 2 vials have dates of November, and one vial has a date of December. I emailed Slimdown RX a picture of two of the vials, questioning. This pharmacy lacks the necessary Sterile Compounding License to compound GLP-1 medication. They lied by saying another pharmacy does their compounding for them but when the other pharmany was contacted, they said no we do not have an agreement with them. Look up complaint on Florida Dept of Health website.

This pharmacy does not hold a valid license to compound sterile meds. There is currently a complaint pending from the FL Dept of Health. I have 3 months of vials purchased thru Zappy Health that I can't use and I'm out $1000. Would not recommend Ouisa or Zappy, Buyer beware.

Avoid. After receiving a compounded prescription from Ousia, I learned the pharmacy does not hold the required sterile compounding license. No one can answer questions regarding the sterility and inspection of the medication. I will not be using the medication after paying for 3 months worth of it. Do your homework before purchasing through Ousia.

I'm stock, Zappy is not helping or updating my medication... Very frustration. This review is for Zappy
