FTC Oury came out to inspect our roof after we noticed a leak during the heavy rains we have had. I was concerned that we would need a new roof, but Dakota identified the problem as being a few stray nails that simply needed to be sealed up. Rather than try and sell me a new roof, he gave a completely honest and transparent reasoning for the issue and was able to seal up the problem areas the same day.
FTC Oury was wonderful to work with. Dakota went into detail with all of our questions, and went above and beyond with the work that he did. We will be using FTC Oury any time that we have roofing issues, and highly recommend!
Scott was very attentive in explaining whole process. Shawna in office answered any questions when I called. Installation personel were respectful, efficient and cleaned up area well on completion. Insurance covered all damage so just paid deductible
