Be sure to take very VERY DETAILED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS when u move in. And they will want the house in better shape when you leave it, then it was when you got it. I literally had to send pictures of pre-existing damages because they wanted to take it out of my deposit. And this went on for several weeks. I must add that I do accept Any charges for things that we may have done, but had it not been for me taking photos prior to moving in, she would have tacked on a lot more charges. I’ve been with this company a year and unfortunately, due to the owner selling the home we will not be renewing. But I must say this company has been one of the better companies I’ve rented from. As a matter of fact, I will put them at the very top.When it comes to maintenance repairs, they are very swift. They follow up and make sure that things are done correctly and professionally. After reading the reviews with one stars and since it’s been 3 to 4 years. I decided to give this company a chance because everyone needs an opportunity to redeem themselves. Well, the reviews are not a lie. Please BEWARE of this realty company. I will post at a later date to what they have done to me. Veterans please beware!
