Worst rental agency ever! They raised the rent on us because they knew we had no choice at the time but to stay there. We are a young family. The whole time we were in the house we were sick from the mold. They sent drunk people to our house to work on things that never got fixed. Run from this place.
Be sure to take very VERY DETAILED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS when u move in. And they will want the house in better shape when you leave it, then it was when you got it. I literally had to send pictures of pre-existing damages because they wanted to take it out of my deposit. And this went on for several weeks. I must add that I do accept Any charges for things that we may have done, but had it not been for me taking photos prior to moving in, she would have tacked on a lot more charges. I’ve been with this company a year and unfortunately, due to the owner selling the home we will not be renewing. But I must say this company has been one of the better companies I’ve rented from. As a matter of fact, I will put them at the very top.When it comes to maintenance repairs, they are very swift. They follow up and make sure that things are done correctly and professionally.
