My son sent me flowers for Mother’s Day. It is the worst arrangement I have ever seen. The flowers were way past their best. Some stalks were broken. Subsequent to my review am I received a new fresh lovely bouquet with an apology from The owner. I was very impressed by the professionalism and caring. Thank you. It made my Mother’s Day as it was from my son who lives in England.
