The people who work here are liars and embezzlers. They fabricated a whole array of lies to cover their own wrong doings. On March 7th, 2024 I made an appointment to get an oil change done on my 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SEL. I made a 2pm appointment just to find out that there was a 3-4 hour wait for my car to even be looked at. I called from 5pm-7pm to check on the status of my car. BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING! I emailed about the advertise price. Yes, thats the price. I called about the advertised price. Yes, thats the price. I showed up to the dealership and was given a different price. On top of that was told I couldnt finance with Volkswagen because this is a special price.

The WORST Dealership in the AREA!!! This car experience was the worst and the car wasn’t for me. My mother purchased a used car at this location, the end of last month. Before signing, we pointed out to Boye that there was a significant amount of interior and exterior damage on the car, including pet hair someone’s hair and make up stains.
