If you’re out-of-state and looking to buy a vehicle here, avoid this place at all costs. To keep it short as possible i’ll be paraphrasing. I used this dealership because of its proximity to my house. And ended up paying twice as much as an oil change would have been from Audi, in addition, my oil change took 4 1/2 hours as I watched everyone who had appointments after me leave and I was still stuck waiting and waited 50 min after being told the car was finally almost done. Also found some scarring on one of my quarter panels which fortunately I can buff out myself.
