I had a very pleasant experience with Alyssa. She has been the absolute best salesperson I have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. I happily purchased a car from this dealership thinking the salesman was forthcoming with all of the questions that I had. No more than two weeks later, my vehicle starts shaking violently and the service advisor notifies me that my rims are cracked/bent and because of the aftermarket modifications done to the vehicle, It would not be covered under warranty. Brought in my Subi WRX because the battery kept dying. Not only did Wayne diagnose the problem (DCM malfunction), he also got the replacement part and battery covered under warranty. And it was done on the exact day he said it would be done. AND he improved some of the wiring for a light kit I installed. Absolutely incredible work, I showed my mechanic dad and he was impressed with the work and service.
5 star service. Update 9/25/25 Kylie has been super helpful and has maintained great communication this whole week my car was in the shop. Excellent service! My personal favorite shop, hands down.
