My experience with them started off with me getting my car appraised by them. They offered me almost 10,000 less than carmax ended up giving me… I told them I would be going to carmax to get an appraisal and was very quickly offered quite a different number. Well, I finally have a new car. Switched from Range Rover to Volkswagen and I know I made the right choice. I was convinced that I would only ever buy Range Rover until I realized that it was a money pit ($3,000 maintenance a year).
