5 star service. Update 9/25/25 Kylie has been super helpful and has maintained great communication this whole week my car was in the shop. Excellent service! My personal favorite shop, hands down.

Worst service ever. Went in due to my Atlas needing a software update that only the vw dealer can perform. So no choice had take it in. They made me pay to get another diagnostic which came to the same conclusion that the car needed software update. I previously had it diagnosed at the used dealership I brought it from and the same day took car and paperwork stating what needed to be done to the vw in Waldorf. They claim it had to be diagnosed through their tech and it was 1.5hrs labor. All the tech did was plug in the scann... read more
Service for your car hear is terrible..I regret buying my 2025 VW Jetta sport here. The service crew minus one receptionist seem not to care about the customer and the service manager Seth has a nonchalant attitude
