This service dept is the worse. Purchased a car from them and had an issue. The service manager B Kostavic made an appointment for me. So I thought all was good however that was not the case. I arrived at my appointment and they had no knowledge of my issue nor the appointment. I drove 45 minutes to this appointment and was told it would be a 3 hour wait. My ID 4 has two recalls. I called a month ago and was told the repair would take two weeks, and that the manager, Brian K, would call me back to get me on the loaner list before dropping off my car. That call never came. I called five more times, but Brian K never responded. On my fifth call, after waiting a month, I was told they were not repairing any recalls.
