I want to start by saying that my sales representative, AJ Hadaf, was genuinely pleasant throughout our weeks of communication: responsive, friendly, and professional. My daughter bought her car from here December 24,2025. Her father helped her with the funds and she has been reaching out constantly because the title has yet to be mailed to her. The car had around 130,000 miles and now the head gasket is blown. Still haven’t received the title. I would have hoped a used vehicle would have lasted more than 4 months. Just an FYI to the next person who is looking to purchase from Ourisman.
From my experience with buying a vehicle here in 2026, don’t buy a vehicle from here.
Salesman and Manager were nice. Got a good deal. Minus a star because of the detailing of the car. A lot of pet hairs were in the back of the vehicle and were embedded in the fibers. It's been hard to remove them all.
