A Complete scam of a dealership. The salesman sold a chevy sonic upmarked price much higher than kelly blue book. We have been in and out of service centers ever since.
Purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruse with a 60 day or 2,000 mile warranty a couple of weeks ago. Had an issue with battery misfiring. The warranty is basically worthless. Cost me additional money to get the problem resolved. Should have known it was too good to be true.
Just bought a 2016 WRX from Ourisman Supercenter i’d first like to Thank everyone there from the mangers to employees for making the experience a lively one. Casey my sales rep Was great! Had a great experience. Tim in finance gave me the best service and found good rates for me to agree and feel comfortable to. Lastly I 101% recommend checking out Ourisman Supercenter for a purchase of a vehicle certain that you will walk out with a smile on your face. And hopefully keys in your hand.
Do not buy cars from here. They sold me a car and said how the tires are new. I was on the highway 3 days later and the tire blew out of nowhere. We came to find out that there was a big hole in the tire and it was sealed and resold to us without anyone mentioning it. When we talked to the GM about this and showed him proof, he said we were lying and patched the tire ourselves. Completely insane. Horrible customer service and the complete opposite of an honest establishment.
