Update on Service Experience – Ourisman Mitsubishi Marlow Heights The team was friendly, but the job was not done correctly. I originally came in for an oil change with only a squeaky noise in my rear brakes. Their inspection recommended a Rear Brake Job (replace pads/resurface rotors). I've been with Ourisman's for several years now. I've never had a problem with the service from the initial service appointment request to finish of service. Ms. Linda was my initial contact and was very helpful in explaining my request of service with timing, estimated cost, and if anything was needed to be checked. Ms. Linda also introduced the financial program that Ourisman provide you can apply for and make payments that was extremely helpful. I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Getting an oil change here was easy! The front desk at both service and parts were very nice and respectful. Although I only booked an oil change, they also updated my car system (I had no idea this needed to be done, sweet!). Additionally, when I asked to last minute buy a second-set of keys, they were quick to help and program the car.
