Loved the pick up service! UPDATE Still love that they can come pick up my car service 🥰. I had an urgent care emergency and they still picked it up even after the scheduled time for me! Of course I let them know I was headed to urgent care so they didn't come out and my car wasn't there. Every time I need routine service on my car or something comes up Larry works with me. I waited a few months from my last visit to the Ourisman Mitsubishi service shop to ensure everything was operating smoothly with my vehicle before posting a review regarding the services received. I am glad I did because I am having issues with my new car.. yet again. First and foremost, the service I received at Ourisman Mitsubishi has been excellent each time my car has been in the shop. Update: General Manager, Chris Perry, made things right. He asked me to come back in so they can properly diagnose and fix the back-seat map light, and he offered me a loaner car. Dropped off my vehicle last night and picked up the loaner car as promised. They got the work done today, and my vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. Thank you Larry and Chris.
