My overall experience with Mitsubishi was not a positive one. I was surprised and disappointed that a relatively simple repair was not covered under warranty. I was told that the damage was caused by “outside influences,” yet when I asked for a clear explanation or definition of that term, none was provided. They take forever like the entire 8 hour day to fix my car!
10/5 Stars HIGHLY RECOMMEND I had a really positive experience overall with the team at this Mitsubishi Motors dealership. I originally came in to have a key programmed for my 2006 car. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to complete the programming there, but the GM, Tim Morgan, took the time to call around and immediately pointed me to another place that could take care of it at a great price. Really wanted to be able to write a different review! We had a fine sales experience and then everything went off the rails: the financing department requested the wrong paperwork and never followed up with us, which meant they didn't file for our registration for over two months -- and only after we asked repeatedly and were brushed off. Then, they filed the registration wrong resulting in us being issued new tags instead of being able to transfer our existing tags.
