Nely is a good sales lady with a warm attitude. She patiently took us to test drive the car in the nearly 100-degree heat outside.
Romeo Rozario helped us through the process of picking up a new car, he was a joy to work with and made the process easy and was vary transparent through the whole process, Ourisman Mazda will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a new car Additionally i will note that I greatly appreciate that they have not hit us up with follow up texts or spam as I write this over a month after the purchase date
I made a 12pm appointment for service and dropped my car off at 11:15am. I called multiple times during the day and they said they had not even checked my car in! What is the point of making an appointment if you are not going to stick to the time! They also did not provide any updates on timing - they pushed my car service until the next day and I only know that because the dealership closed for the day and my car service hasn't even started.
