I am a automotive shop that have been in business for almost 30years, this has to be one off the laziest, unwilling, rude and very disrespectful mazda dealership in the area. First call I made they hung the phone up, second call kept me on hold for almost 20 minutes, I will no longer deal with this dealership. This was an almost excellent experience. Kendall, my salesman, was amazing; he was friendly and helpful, not pushy, happily answered all of my many questions and responded quickly to texts. I was even granted the opportunity to take home the vehicle I was looking at over night, so that I would have the chance to see how it drove after dark. Usually, I go into dealerships expecting to feel overwhelmed or pressured, but my experience here was totally different.
