After 8 months of my CarPlay feature not working due to a “wireless projection” issue, and a service visit, Armin B. was able to diagnose and fix the problem quite easily. I walked into this dealership VERY annoyed with a former (now departed) service manager. I must have spoken to him 3X by phone over the last 4 months to get attention to my issue. Armin was attentive and took the time to understand fully the issue. Because of this my problem was resolved. Going the extra mile matters!!! Kudos to Armin!!!!

I have a very bad experience with ourisman lincoln of Alexandria I buy the aviator from may 2025 the car was brand new I find so many damage in the vehicle it takes more than 15 visit just to repair it the service was very bad I paid more than 60000 dollars for this car it was very bad experience I will not do it again for this brand of cars
